Addie is my Senior Rep from West Lake High. I’d met her last year when I photographed her brother’s wedding. She brought her sisters along for a bit of moral support, but she didn’t need it – she was a natural. Thanks again Addie, and good luck as you graduate!

My longest friend had a baby last month, and I was really happy I got to met him during my last trip to San Francisco. I don’t shoot newborns (except for my own) but this was actually pretty fun. Congrats to Spencer and Jennifer!

This is Emily. She is my awesome Senior rep from Anderson High School. I was really excited when I heard from her as I took Senior portraits of her sister a few years ago. We started at a classic Austin location and ended at a location I’ve eye-balled for years but never stopped – totally [...]

I first got to work with Langlie over 3 years ago, then her and her family moved to Oregon. Well lucky for me they moved back just in time for her Senior year at Vandergrift High School. It’s not often I get to work with somebody as awesome as Langlie, and I’m very happy to [...]

I met Erika & Steve last fall when I shot their engagement session. I remember driving away thinking, “Man, we didn’t talk about the wedding much, just the Giants.” After that I knew it was a great fit! I met Erika & Steve last fall when I shot their engagement session. I remember driving away thinking, “Man, we didn’t talk about the wedding much, just the Giants.” After that I knew it was a great fit! The wedding was at the beautiful and quirky CornerStone Sonoma, which was a perfect fit for their style. Thanks to my good friend Emily of Emily Sara Photography for shooting with me!
It was also great to meet Erika’s other awesome wedding partners:
Leslie from Dandelion Events
Mina from Bellamini Make up
Jeremy from DJ Jeremy Productions
Maki from Viola Flowers
I’m still experimenting with black and white film. This roll was Ilford HP5 400 and I’m pretty happy with it. I’m going to try a few more speeds, mostly slower and see how it turns out. More to come!
